In 2018, Security was trending as a key opportunity to help build brand trust for banks. Our security features were found in Profile and settings and analytics were showing the features were not being found.

My role was to lead the product strategy. Managed a cross-functional team and led the product strategy. I was still managing developer portals and Chase wanted to bring me into the Consumer space to expand my portfolio. I defined the opportunities, facilitated workshops to align many stakeholders, and recommended the roadmap.
